Diverse Communities Forum

About the Forum

West Northamptonshire Council wants to provide services that meet the needs of everyone in the community. This Forum particularly looks at the needs of the whole community in relation to race, religion, faith and/or belief.

The meeting is held every 2 months, 11am to 1pm at The Guildhall, Northampton. You can read about the meetings and get copies of agendas and minutes by visiting the forum page at the link below.

The forum has a councillor co-chair appointed to take a special interest in women's issues. This is currently Cllr James Hill, Assistant Cabinet member for Planning.

The forum also has a community co-chair, elected from its members, currently Pauline Woodhouse.

Members can be individuals who live, work or are otherwise involved in community life in West Northamptonshire, or may attend on behalf of an organisation.
