Public Spaces Protection Order Extension: Francis Jetty, Northampton
We are reviewing the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Francis Jetty in Northampton, and would like to hear your views.
Renewal Proposal
The current PSPO was introduced on 11 April 2023 for three years and is due to end in April 2026. It has been successful in reducing anti-social behaviour, drug use, and criminal activity in Francis Jetty. We are proposing to extend the PSPO for another three years, from 11 April 2026 to 10 April 2029.
Our proposal is to extend and renew the current Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Francis Jetty for a further three years. This will help continue to control anti-social behaviour by preventing pedestrian or wheeled access.
There will be no changes to the existing PSPO or the area it covers.
