Description

Oak Tree Rise is a purpose-built scheme that offers support to individuals who have a learning disability and autism.

This supported living accommodation was developed by Autism East Midlands in partnership with the local authority, NHS England, and Northampton Partnership Homes.

The four sets of two semi-detached bungalows opened in 2021 and continues to provide care and support to eight individuals.
