The National Organisation for Phobias, Anxiety, Neuroses, Information, and Care (NO PANIC) is a registered charity that helps people deal with phobias, anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and tranquilliser withdrawal. NO PANIC uses lay-person cognitive behavioural therapy in tandem with exposure therapy to treat clients. No Panic specialises in self-help recovery. NO PANIC also supports the carers of those with a supported condition.

NO PANIC run a membership scheme that allows access to a members-only social media group, a newsletter, and a befriending service.

NO PANIC is a registered charity (no. 1018184).
