Description
The National Organisation for Phobias, Anxiety, Neuroses, Information, and Care (NO PANIC) helps people deal with phobias, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and tranquilliser withdrawal. NO PANIC uses lay-person cognitive behavioural therapy in tandem with exposure therapy to treat clients. It specialises in self-help recovery, and also supports people who care of those with a supported condition.
NO PANIC runs a membership scheme that allows access to a members-only social media group, a newsletter, and a befriending service.
