Description

The National Sleep Helpline (0330 353 0541) is free-of-charge, and is run by trained sleep advisors. Many of the sleep advisors are specialists in special eduational needs or disabilities (SEND). They can speak with parents/carers or with young people directly. They can also speak with adults about their sleep issues.

The helpline is open five times a week - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings (7pm-9pm), plus Wednesday mornings (9am-11am).
