Description
The National Sleep Helpline (0330 353 0541) is free-of-charge, and is run by trained sleep advisors. Many of the sleep advisors are specialists in special eduational needs or disabilities (SEND). They can speak with parents/carers or with young people directly. They can also speak with adults about their sleep issues.
The helpline is open on Tuesday mornings between 9.00am and 11.00am and again on Thursday evenings between 7pm-9pm).
