Description

ABS Medical Transport provides specialised transportation services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. They can offer a safe and reliable home to school transport, transport to various activities, and day centre transport, all designed to ensure accessibility and convenience.

They are equipped with their own wheelchairs to accommodate passengers with mobility challenges and have trained staff who can chaperone children, ensuring their safety and support during the journey. All drivers are DBS checked and trained to handle the specific needs of passengers, providing a secure and comfortable travel experience. 

In addition to services for children and young people, ABS Medical Transport also caters to adults with special educational needs and disabilities.  They provide transport for medical appointments, social activities, and day centres, ensuring adults can access essential services and maintain their independence. The fleet is equipped to accommodate wheelchairs, and staff are trained to assist with any specific needs, offering both chaperone and driver services. All our drivers are DBS checked and undergo thorough training to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive travel experience for all passengers.   

Services cater to individuals with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and physical disabilities requiring the use of awheelchair.
