How to contact this service
The following services are available to Northampton Area residents:
Private Sector Housing Solutions
The Private Sector Housing Solutions team work in partnership with the National Health Service and West Northants Council to help people with their support needs to enable them to stay in their homes. They can also help with Disabled Facility Grants.
TheSheltered Housing team supports retired or younger disabled people to live independently (in their own home) and manage their own affairs for as long as possible. Sheltered properties are flats or bungalows that are linked to a control centre, so that help can be summoned in an emergency at any time of day or night. Support staff also visit residents to check on their wellbeing, help them to maintain their independence, signpost them to other agencies, and provide information and advice.
