Description
Spectrum is a support group for parents and carers of children, young people, and adults on the autism spectrum (or on the autism diagnosis pathway). It is a welcoming, non judgemental, and informal support group.
Spectrum is run by volunteers who are parents of children with autism. The group welcomes parents and carers from across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, and surrounding areas.
Spectrum provides autism information, a lending library, and regular meetings that are often attended by SEND professionals. Meeting are held on the first Thursday of the month (7pm-9pm) and typically the third Friday of the month (10am-12noon). Please check meeting dates before attending, as dates may alter due to school holidays. There is no charge to attend Spectrum meetings.
