Description

Teamwork Trust believes that people should continue learning new skills and experiences throughout their lives. Its Lifelong Learning programmes focus on delivering positive outcomes to the people they support.

Teamwork Trust provides day opportunities for:

  • Autistic adults

  • Adults with sensory impairments

Teamwork Trust offers various courses and activities that help improve communication, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills. These courses maximise independence and encourage participation in the community. They allow people to develop relationships and maintain healthy lifestyles in supported employment, education, or community settings.

Everyone can build a personalised offer through Teamwork Trust's friendly approach to vocational, independence, and educational pathways.

Vocational Pathway:

  • Work experience
  • Quality checking and progression
  • Develop self-confidence
  • Build life skills
  • Work towards employment

Independence Pathway:

  • Develop skills for independence in the community, at home, and for life
  • Support self-esteem and awareness
  • Learn to identify your own needs and ambitions
  • A wide range of sports, visits, trips, and activities within the community
  • Broadening horizons through visits and talks from the communities you live in

Education Pathway:

  • Accredited learning for literacy, numeracy, digital, arts and crafts, and work skills
  • In-house learning around projects of choice, including music, singing, dance, drama, science, history, geography, digital, money management, and others
  • Termly timetables to meet changing needs and personal development

Teamwork Trust is keen to support each individual to work towards nationally recognised qualifications and to develop skills for work that can be accredited.
