How to contact this service
Description
Wild for Life sell kits and packs for delivery in schools, settings or at home, to put schools, families and teams in greater control of their own mental and physical health and wellbeing, through accessing green spaces and the natural world. It is targeted at KS1 and KS2 learners.
The resources cover a full academic year and are aimed at specifically helping to support learners with additional needs or those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The resources are appropriate for children who are in school but off timetable, children not currently in school, pupil premium support groups or pastoral/nurture groups.
Kits can also be used at home by parents and children who are being home schooled.
Wild for Life offer:
- Wild Learning Programme for schools,
- Wild Activity Kits for families
- Online articles and resources.
Using examples, metaphors, and activities inspired by the wild, they help individuals and groups to identify, explore and embark on a pathway to learning, naturally. Please note that they do not deliver their programmes directly to children themselves.
