Description
Brixworth Country Park is a national showpiece for an accessible countryside. This park offers great possibilities if you want to picnic, walk, push or cycle in woodland, meadow and reservoir surroundings. There is a specialist wheelchair bike available for hire. The bike is designed so that a passenger can sit in the front, and the operator pedals from behind.
West Northamptonshire Council aims to ensure that everyone, irrespective of their age, ability, or background feels welcome in their country parks, and has an equal opportunity to discover, enjoy and benefit from them.
Brixworth Country Park is open all day, every day with free admission. However, the car park, cafe and toilets have separate opening times.
