Changing Faces supports children, young people, and adults who have a visible difference or disfigurement. A visible difference is a a scar, a mark, or a condition on a person's face or body that makes them look different. Types of visible difference include:

- Craniofacial Conditions
- Ear Conditions
- Eye Conditions
- Facial Swelling
- Hair Loss
- Inherited Conditions from Birth
- Limb Difference

- Skin Conditions
Changing Faces provides unique and life-changing wellbeing services or people with visible differences. These include:

- Guidance for Health and Social Care Professionals
- Online Advice and Guidance
- Online Community
- Peer Group Chat Service
- Skin Camouflage Service
- Support for Children and Young People
- Support for Parents and Families

Changing Faces also campaigns to challenge attitudes, prejudice, and discrimination so that people with visible differences can lead the lives they choose.
