Brookside Day Services Ltd (Adult Day Provision)

Brookside Day Services Ltd is for adults with learning disabilities is based in the heart of Northampton town centre.

The centre gives people the chance to make active choices about how they spend their time. This helps build a sense of purpose and supports wellbeing. The service focuses on person-centred support, moving away from a “one-size-fits-all” approach to meet each individual’s needs.

The modern facility includes spaces for activities, quiet reflection, and social interaction. A rooftop garden is used to grow organic fruit and vegetables, which are prepared into lunches and snacks. People who enjoy gardening help care for the space. Lunch is included in the cost.

The team aims to help individuals feel valued, with a strong sense of fulfilment. Activities are designed to:

The centre is located on the second and third floors. A fully accessible lift is available, though it may not suit all individuals.
