Description
High Needs Funding (HNF) helps mainstream schools provide appropriate support packages for children and young people (aged 0-25 years) with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
HNF is extra money that mainstream schools can apply for to help them support a specific child or young person with SEND. Schools can apply for HNF if it will cost more than £6000 to meet a specific child’s needs.
How to Apply for High Needs Funding
Schools in West Northants can apply for High Needs Funding via the WNC High Needs Panel (up to August 2023) for pupils who live in West Northants.
