Description

Special iApps CIC develop educational apps for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).

Special iApps provides educational tools with a visual-based approach to help children from the first stages of learning about words, numbers, colours, shapes, and emotions. These are apps and downloadable curriculum resources. The apps are uncluttered and can be personalised to suit your child at their level and adjusted as they develop. A series of add-ons support children to develop their speech, pronunciation, word recognition, and fine motor skills.

Everything is now included in a new Special iApps membership, where apps can be installed on a mix of devices including laptops, desktops, Chromebooks as well as tablets and phones. There are over 600+ downloadable resources, including Numicon Shapes and Makaton Symbols.
