Description
The British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) believe that people with learning disabilities are to be valued equally, participate fully in their communities, and be treated with dignity and respect. They can make choices and decisions about their lives and should be supported with dignity and respect.
BILD campaign for proper funding for support for people with learning disabilities and their family carers.
BILD offer a variety of training and coaching for services working with and for people with learning disabilities including behaviour management and have a variety of resources on a range of relevant topics.
Please note: BILD doesn’t receive any funding to run an advice service, so can't offer specific advice to individual enquiries.
