Description
The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's 0-19 services provide the Healthy Child Programme. This is a planned series of contacts (face-to-face or video calls) with children and young people up to 19 years old and their families. Contacts for 0-4s are provided by the health visiting team. Contacts for 5-19s are provided by the school nursing team.
There is also an infant feeding support team, family nurses (for under-18s who are pregnant), a children's weight management team, and continence services.
The team aim to support families across Northamptonshire. It provides a universal service for all whilst also identifying those who might need specific help.
