Description
The Sywell Aviation Museum (SAM) is a voluntary, non-profit-making organisation. It aims to preserve the history of Sywell Aerodrome and Northamptonshire's rich aviation heritage from the early days of aviation to the Second World War and beyond.
Admittance is free, but donations are welcome. The museum is open from Easter Saturday until the end of September - weekends and Bank Holidays (10.30am-4.30pm). It occassionally opens on selected Tuesdays and Wednesdays (12noon-4pm) - please check the website or Facebook page for details.
