Daventry Children's Centre

Children's centres in Northamptonshire offer information, advice, and activities to all local families 0-19 years-old.

Health services, such as ante-natal support and post-natal support (from midwives), and scans from health visitors can also be accessed in children's centres.

SEND parent drop in

Drop by to enjoy fun with toys, messy play, crafts, stories and rhymes. A "Strengthening Families" SEND caseworker will be available to parents and carers to support with information, advice and guidance on behaviours that challenge, parenting, understanding options, signposting and referrals/applications around children’s additional needs (no diagnosis needed).

Parents can bring their children to the stay and play session, or just pop by for the parent drop in on their own - Every Thursday 9.30-11am

ASD Support Group

For any parent/carer with a child/young person with or without an ASD and ADHD diagnosis. Drop-In - Thursdays 2:30pm-4:00pm.

Prospects Drop-In - Mondays 10am-12noon

Prospects offer careers information, advice and guidance, help with job applications, and help with CV-writing. The drop-in is open to 16-18 year-olds who are not in work, education, or training (NEET). It's also open to 16-25 year-olds who are leaving care or have an EHC Plan.
