1. Welcome and Introductions:Introduction of new members.Group named as WNC SEND Local Offer Steering Group.Terms of Reference document discussed and will be edited.
2. Action Group Tasks Review:Task One: WNC SEND Local Offer website launched on 9th August 2023. Feedback for Phase 2 improvements shared with the Digital Team.Task Two: Disabled children’s register separated into two databases, no longer called SNIX.Task Three: Social media user migration campaign to separate on 13th November 2023.Task Four: Winter 2023 e-magazine and printed magazine distributed. New name "West SEND News" agreed upon.
3. Communication and Marketing Plan:Plan in place with Megan Denny from WNC Comms and Marketing.Announcement of WNC SEND Local Offer website planned for end of November.Partners to share Local Offer information.
4. SEND Improvement Strategy:New tile created on the Local Offer website for the SEND Improvement Strategy.Six workstreams planned, seeking volunteers.
5. Next Meetings:16th January 2024: 10:00 - 11:30 at One Angel Square.12th March 2024: 10:00 - 11:30 at One Angel Square.
