The YoungMinds website provides a wide variety of information and advice designed to help improve the mental health of young people up to the age of 25. It has information for young people and their parents/carers on mental health conditions, feelings, medications and different life situations. There are also training courses and resources for professionals working with young people.
YoungMinds offers a helpline and webchat service for parents and carers. It provides advice and support for looking after their children's mental health. Call the Parents' Helpline for detailed advice, emotional support, and signposting about a child or young person up to the age of 25.
