The Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People supports every baby, child, and young person to fulfil their potential. It helps families make the most of every precious moment, while capturing memories and keepsakes to treasure.
Rainbows has a team of palliative care nurse specialists who are supported by advanced clinical practitioners, GPs, community paediatricians, and hospital doctors. It has access to specialist advice where required.
Referrals can be made by anyone involved with the child and family, including the family themselves.
Emergency referrals for palliative or end-of-life care can be made at any time. Rainbows do everything they can to respond very quickly.
