Better Health exists to motivate and enable the nation to lead active and healthy lives. It's there to support and encourage everyone in taking steps to improve our physical and mental health.
Better Health brings together all of the NHS's tips, tools, and apps in one place to help the nation make small, simple changes to kickstart and improve health across a full range of activities.

The Healthier Families section features tips and tools for eating better and moving more. For example, lunchbox inspiration and 10-minute 'Shake Up' games (with Disney).
The Every Mind Matters section features expert advice and practical tips to help people look after their mental health and wellbeing. For example, looking after a child's mental health, Your Mind Plan, and self-care for young people.
Better Health was previously known as Change4Life.
