We provide the following services: a BAME Community Elders Benefit and Advice Service; weekly coffee morning specifically catering to the Somalian, African, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Indian elderly population in Northampton Town; comprehensive support and guidance on various issues, including benefits, housing, pensions, Universal Credit, GP and hospital appointments, letter writing, translation, and different application processes.
