Milk and You drop-in session
A breastfeeding group run by peer support volunteers.

Towcester Family Hub
These sessions are led by trained peer supporters who offer practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and a chance to ask questions in a relaxed sessions. Parents can attend with their babies, older children, and even bring along friends or family members who want to learn more about infant feeding.
The Milk and You team require you to register with them before attending a session. Please complete their registration form.
