Bump Club - Antenatal Support Group

Our Towcester Family Hub Antenatal Group is here to give you a friendly space to prepare for life with your new baby. It’s a relaxed, welcoming group where you can meet other expectant parents, share experiences, and know you’re not on the journey alone.

Each session, you have the opportunity to discuss helpful topics like emotional wellbeing in pregnancy, feeding your baby, and getting ready for those first few weeks at home. We’ll also have local professionals pop in – from perinatal mental health specialists to breastfeeding support – so you can get trusted advice in an informal way.

Come along for a cuppa, a chat, and the chance to build connections that often last well beyond pregnancy. No question is too small, and everyone is welcome.

Please note there will be no children's activities available. 

To attend our sessions we require families to register with Family Hubs. Please complete our registration form.
