Register to deliver funded places and update bank details

You can use our online form to:

  • register to deliver funded childcare
  • update your bank details

You do not have to re-register to deliver 30 hours.

We require one full month's notice to complete registration.

All registrations commence at the beginning of a month. For example, if a provider wants to register by 1 May the online form must be completed by 31 March.

When will bank details update requests be processed?

New requests to update bank details will be processed between the 1st and 11th of the month to allow changes to be processed ready for payment on the 25th of the month.

Any request to update bank details after the 11th will not be processed until the following month.
