West Northamptonshire Council is one of several local authorities collaborating to deliver efficient and cost-effective back office services to all residents.

One local authority may be considered a ‘lead’ authority in delivering a specific service, such as a central finance system.

ERP Gold

ERP Gold is the name of the shared service financial platform used for Payroll, Human Resources, Payments and Income across all partner authorities. West Northamptonshire Council is the lead authority in administering the ERP Gold platform on behalf of all partners.
