We are sending our deepest condolences to Her Majesty the Queen and the rest of the Royal Family following the death of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.

Our sadness at this time is shared by people across the globe, as we remember with affection and gratitude the lifetime of service given by His Royal Highness.
Northamptonshire has had a strong bond with the Royal Family for centuries and I know I speak for everyone in expressing my deepest sympathy at this time.
In this time of mourning we remember His Royal Highness with respect and dignity and celebrate his life and his many achievements.
