Prioritising applications to improve your service
Due to high caseloads and unforeseen staff shortages within the planning service, planning applications are taking longer to process than normal.
We are prioritising filling these vacant posts in order to improve our service. In the meantime we apologise for any delays you may experience while we work hard to process applications in time order.
Planning Backlog Focus Week
During week commencing 15 August the Planning Team will be unavailable as we work hard to process as many applications as possible. The service will be unable to respond to non-urgent emails and phone calls during this time.
We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries from week commencing 22 August and thank you for your patience during this time.
