Current works
We must ask that vehicles are not parked on the road within the works area during the road closure periods. We also recommend you plan extra time for your journeys.
We hope this information is helpful and we apologise for any inconvenience these essential works may cause. We will make every effort to minimise any unnecessary disruption.
Our team on site will be ready to assist you with any issues you may have during the work and we hope you will find our employees courteous and helpful.

Barby
We will be undertaking repair works to a damaged surface water drain.
Where: Daventry Road, Barby
When: Thursday 12 September to Friday 20 September
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
Traffic Management
To ensure the safety of both residents and workers, we will be implementing two-way traffic lights during this period.
Emergency vehicles
Will have access at all times.
Residents/Businesses
Access will be provided to residents living within the closure at all times.
Public transport
Will not be affected by the closure.
Lamport
Minor post and rail repairs to the structure and scour pocket.
Where: Draughton Road, Lamport
When: Tuesday 10 November to Friday 13 November
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
Traffic Management
The works will be undertaken under a full road closure. There will be a diversion route for traffic to follow.
Emergency vehicles
Will need to follow the diversion while the closure is in place.
Residents/Businesses
Residents will have access at all times while the works are taking place. However, the diversion route will need to be followed.
Public Transport
Will not be affected by this closure.
Northampton
Carrying out carriageway patch repairs. Please note that this is not a resurfacing scheme.
Where: Upton Close, Northampton
When: Monday 09 September to Friday 13 September
Working Hours: 9am to 3pm
Traffic Management
There will be access only. Outside of the working hours, the road will still be accessible.
Residents
Residents will have access to their properties at all times, but please allow for extra time.
Emergency vehicles
We maintain access for emergency vehicles.
Pedestrians and Cyclists
Please be assured that we aim to maintain access for residents/businesses. There may be short periods where vehicles will be prohibited due to the repair process. During this time any vehicle access will be restricted.
Allow extra time for your journeys and consult with Traffic Management on site. Advanced warning signs will be placed in the area prior to the works starting.

Public Transport

Utilising our JCB pothole pro, we will be carrying out some carriageway path repair on Rothersthorpe Avenue. Please note that this is not a resurfacing scheme.
Where: Rothersthorpe Avenue, Northampton
When: Monday 25 to Tuesday 26 November 2024
Times: 9am to 3pm (road will be accessible as normal outside these hours)
Residents/Businesses
Residents and businesses will have access to their properties at all times, but please allow for extra time when travelling.

We will be carrying out carriageway surfacing in preparation for micro asphalt treatment which will be carried out at a later date.

If you need assistance for emergency vehicle access you can contact our traffic management team during working hours.
Residents/Businesses
Please be assured that we aim to maintain access for residents and businesses. However, during working hours vehicle access will be restricted. We will have a person on-site to assist where required. Please allow extra time for your journeys and consult with the Site Manager should you need assistance.
Public transport
No public transport will be allowed through the closure.
Towaway vehicles
Parked vehicles in the works area will be towed by an approved contractor. Please do not park in the works zone.
