Match day shuttles

A shuttle bus will run on match days between Northampton town centre and Franklin’s Gardens. It will stop at Northampton train station on the way.

This is a low-cost and easy way to get to the stadium from the train station or the Fan Zone in Market Square.

All buses on this route are wheelchair accessible.

Stops before the match

  • Northampton Fan Zone (Market Square)
  • Northampton Train Station

Stop before the match near the stadium

  • Bingo Hall bus stop (westbound)

Stop after the match near the stadium

  • Bingo Hall bus stop (eastbound)

Frequency and prices

The shuttle bus will run every 10 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the stadium and operates from 2 hours before kick off until 1 hour after the final whistle.

Tickets cost £2 for a return journey.

You can also use existing Stagecoach tickets, including the Northampton Weekend Group DayRider. This lets up to 5 people travel all day for £6.

Use contactless or pay with cash when you get on the bus.

  • Train travel: London Northwestern Railway runs services across the country. Visit their website to check train times and buy tickets.
  • Car parking: See locations and costs for parking in Northampton town centre.

Make sure to plan ahead and allow extra time on match days, as services may be busier than usual.
