Customer Experience Strategy
We are delighted to introduce our first Customer Experience Strategy which sets out how we will become a council which places you, the customer, at the heart of everything we do.
Our vision is to make West Northamptonshire a great place to live, work, visit and thrive, and this strategy will show some of the ways we will be doing this, by working with our employees, other agencies and businesses in the county, but most importantly you, our residents, to make the vision a reality. We are confident we can make this vision a reality and as a result make things better for all.
