Ways to pay your account in South Northamptonshire

2025 Increases in Housing Association Rent

We are normally told about your yearly rent increase by your housing association. In March, you will get an update through the post showing your benefit amount from April 2025.

If your rent has increased and that is not reflected in the letter we send you, please email your rent increase letter to [email protected] or bring it to a council office.

If you get Universal Credit, update your housing costs on the Universal Credit portal and provide proof.

If you wish to pay your invoice in full:

Please always quote your invoice reference when you make a payment to ensure this reaches your account.

Pay by Standing Order

To pay by standing order you will need to give the following details to your bank or building society;

Pay by phone

Call 01604 265910 and follow the instructions. Or you can call the Revenues and Recovery Team on 0300 126 7000 (option 2) who will be able to take a debit or credit card payment from you.

Pay by post

Please make your cheques payable to West Northamptonshire Council and detail the invoice number on the reverse and send to:

Pay by Instalments

Please call the Revenues and Recovery Team on 0300 126 7000 (option 2) to agree an instalment plan if you are unable to pay in full.
