Women's Forum

About the Forum

West Northamptonshire Women's Forum provides an opportunity for women, and those representing women's services to engage with us; to pass on feedback and ideas about local services, and to be involved in consultations about future plans for the town. The forum is also a mechanism for partnership activity and provides the chance for sharing news between women and community groups.

Members can be individuals who live, work or are otherwise involved in community life in West Northamptonshire, or may attend on behalf of an organisation.

The forum meets every 2 months, on a Tuesday between 11am and 1pm.

Co-chairs

The forum has a councillor co-chair appointed to take a special interest in women's issues. This is currently Cllr Anna King, Assistant Cabinet member for Communities.

The forum also has a community co-chair, elected from its members, currently Pauline Woodhouse.

Being a public meeting, all with an interest in women's issues are welcome.
