Description
Autism Independent UK aims to increase awareness of ASD. They also raise awareness of both well-established and newly-developed approaches in the diagnosis, assessment, education, and treatment of people with ASD. They organise training in TEACCH, SCERTS, and Social Stories for professionals and families. They also operate an information-line for families and professionals.
Autism Independent UK is the operating name of the Society for the Autistically Handicapped (SFTAH). Registered charity no. 803003.
