Description
Wellbeing Walks are free, volunteer-led, leisurely walks that run right across Northampton. They are designed for people that currently do little or no exercise. No specialist equipment is required and anyone can turn up on the day. Although there is no special equipment required, it is advisable for participants to wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions.
Northampton's Wellbeing Walks form part of the Ramblers programme of walks across the west of the county, coordinated and supported by West Northamptonshire Council.
Trilogy Active is the operating name of the Northampton Leisure Trust (registered charity no. 1145613).
