Peak Empower promotes the positive use of various activities to improve well-being, confidence, and self-esteem in young people who are isolated or marginalised (including those with sensory, learning, physical, and emotional needs). The charity delivers a range of projects across the county to enable access and participation in activities.
Peak Empower has teamed up with various organisations to provide a range of inclusive sessions for young people with additional needs.
