YogaPebbles Children's Yoga

YogaPebbles provides trauma informed yoga and mindfulness classes for children, teens and adults. In class, individuals are taught how to listen to  and move their bodies with both peace and awareness.

YogaPebbles teaches yoga through partner work, creative crafts, and games.

• Children can learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques that will help them to sleep better, to understand their emotions, and to understand the emotions of others through self- regulation  and breathing exercises.
• Adults and young  people are taught how to feel safe in their own  bodies.  

All YogaPebbles classes are inclusive. They  welcome diverse groups of children, teens, and families.

Bespoke sessions can also  be provided for children, families, young people  and adults with (or without) special educational  needs by prior arrangement.

One-to-one yoga  sessions can be delivered in your own home if  necessary (price available on request).

Adult group yoga classes are available weekly in Northampton.  

Lisa also teaches trauma informed yoga in schools and outdoor SEN provision settings  across Northamptonshire, she currently runs  yoga for the New Leaf Learning charity as part  of their "TRUST" educational program at Courteenhall Estate.

Lisa Greenough is a fully-qualified, fully-insured primary school, children's, teens, and trauma informed adult yoga teacher with more than 20  years' experience teaching and working with families in mainstream schools and SEN units.
