Northamptonshire's Adult Social Services offer wellbeing hubs that offer services to support adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). A key-worker will work with them to put together a plan that meets their individual needs and supports their choices about how they want to live their life.

Clients can:

  • Keep in touch and socialise with friends
  • Maintain good health and wellbeing
  • Play an active part in your community
  • Access IT/WiFi and assistive technology
  • Take part in physical activities like rowing and yoga
  • Access sensory rooms and specialist equipment
