En-Fold can act as ‘system navigators’ to ensure families get better support (with better communication and joined-up working between agencies). Their services include emotional support, education, one-to-one support (with strategies tailored to each family’s needs), DLA support, and effective signposting to other organisations.

  • The Young Person Autism Advisory Project (YAAP) is a safe space for young people aged 11-25 years, who are on the spectrum, to have a voice and shape health and social care services. The Northampton YAAP meet at Semilong Community Centre, Norfolk Terrace, Northampton on alternate Tuesday from 6.30 to 8.00pm. Check the Enfold website for details.
  • Mini-YAAP is for 8 to 11 year olds and meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Kingsthorpe Community Centre, Northampton, NN2 6RQ.
