Description
En-Fold provides a Peer Support Service as part of Northamptonshire's Keyworker Service. It works alongside Barnardo's.
En-Fold's Peer Support Service is commissioned by the NHS Integrated Care Board as part of 'Transforming Care.' The service offers individually tailored support for young people who
- are aged 0-25
- have a diagnosis of autism and/or a learning disability
- are considered at risk of hospital admission due to their mental health or other risk factors
- are on Northamptonshire's Dynamic Support Register (DSR)
En-Fold's Peer Support Service works in the community to improve wellbeing, build on personal skills, and increase access to support.
