Come along to meet other carers, share experiences, and take some time for yourself in a relaxed and friendly setting.
At the Carers Café, you can:
- connect with others who understand the ups and downs of caring
- enjoy a cuppa and a chat in a supportive atmosphere
- find out about local services, information, and advice from Northamptonshire Carers
- tke a well-deserved break from your caring role
