Duston Library

The next book club meeting will be held on Monday, May 18th at 2pm.

The book we will be discussing is ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time’ by Mark Haddon.   The book is a murder mystery like no other, this novel features Christopher Boone, a 15-year-old who suffers from Asperger's syndrome. When he finds a neighbour's dog murdered, he sets out on a journey which will turn his whole world upside down.  The book won the ‘Whitbread Book of the Year’.

Copies of the book will be provided but you will have to issue the book using your library card. You will therefore have to be a member of the library (joining is quite simple). We will provide refreshments of tea and coffee. There will be a charge of £2.00 per meeting. If you are interested in joining our book club, then please call into the library or email [email protected] or telephone us on 0300 1267000 (ask for Duston Library)
