Our Streets of Change documentary, created by One to One Development Trust, shows how our Outreach Team and local services work together to help people experiencing homelessness and addiction, to move towards recovery.

If you or someone experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping need support, local services who can help, include:
- Bridge - offer a substance misuse mentoring programme of physical and other activities to its members. Based in Northampton but covering all of Northants.
- Change Grow Live: Substance to Solution - provide free and confidential support and treatment for adults experiencing difficulties with drugs and alcohol.
- Northampton Hope Centre - support people struggling with homelessness and issues relating to hardship, including addiction, mental health and wellbeing
- NAASH – can help with accommodation and support.
We have a lot of support available across West Northants to help people struggling with the cost of living. This includes help with food, gas and electricity bills as well as help with loneliness and isolation.
