We would like your feedback on community equipment services supporting independent living, to improve future provision and user experience.

Background

The Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) provides equipment to help people of all ages live safely and independently at home. This includes items such as mobility aids, bathroom equipment, pressure care equipment and other specialist equipment, which is loaned to people for as long as it is needed.

If you, or someone you support, has used ICES, we would like to hear from you. Please take a few minutes to answer some short questions about what worked well, what could be improved, and your ideas on how to make service better in the future.

West Northamptonshire Council is leading this work in partnership with NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board and North Northamptonshire Council. Your feedback will help us shape future community equipment services.
