Our dedicated SENCo lead, Natalie Fleck, is passionate about the needs of every child, including those with special educational needs.
With her Accredited Level 3 Early Years SENCO Award, she ensures that all children have the same experiences and learning opportunities, thriving in our inclusive environment.
