All children are entitled to an education that enables them to achieve to be the best they can becoming confident young children when transitioning into the next area of their education. As early years providers we have arrangements in place to support children with Special educational Needs or Disabilities. We realise the benefits of early identification and our skilled staffhelp the children to progress at their own rate in all areas of development. If a need is identified, staff help your child bymaking small adaptions to the learning environment, if these adaptions do not help the child to make expected progress, then staff may agree with you to implement other strategies. your child's progress will be reviewed every six weeks using the graduatedapproach which involves a four stage process, which may show that they require more targeted and personalised support.
