Description
This West Northamptonshire Council’s day service is for people who require ongoing support needs around complex behaviour. It’s a long-term service for people aged 18+ with eligible needs (as per the Care Act 2014).
What the Service Can Do for You
The Complex Behaviour Day Service can provide the following:
- a fully supported transition from school or an educational setting (where required)
- person-centred support based on individual support needs
- outcome-focussed support to build a person’s skills
- an enabling service that helps people to maximise their strengths and fulfil their potential
- support with positive risk-taking - to enable people to achieve their goals
