Description

West Northamptonshire Council’s day service for people with complex behaviour is for people who require an intensive support package. It’s a long-term service for people aged 18+ with eligible needs (as per the Care Act 2014). These needs may relate to:

  • a learning disability
  • autism (ASD)
  • and/or a mental health condition

What the Service Can Do for You   

The Complex Behaviour Day Service can provide the following:

  • a fully supported transition from school or an educational setting (where required)
  • person-centred support based on individual support needs
  • outcome-focussed support to build a person’s skills
  • an enabling service that helps people to maximise their strengths and fulfil their potential
  • support with positive risk-taking - to enable people to achieve their goals
