Description
Lings Forum Gymnastics Club provides a safe, friendly environment with professional coaches to help learn. Gymnastics can be adapted to be inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability. It is a good 'all-round' exercise that improves listening skills and concentration.
Lings Disabilities Gymnastics Club
The Lings Disabilities Gymnastics Club was founded 26 years ago. It offers children (aged 5+) the opportunity to learn basic gymnastics and co-ordination skills in a class that is tailored to their needs. Classes are led by coaches who are specially trained to teach children with disabilities.
The Lings Disabilities Gymnastics Club is registered with British Gymnastics and Special Olympics GB. It has competed in many British Gymnastics and Special Olympics competitions. The club usually competes in female rhythmic gymnastics competitions and both male and female artistic competitions.
- Saturdays: Beginners (12noon-12.45pm) - £3.50 per session
